Monday Morning Medicine Podcast: To write out or not write Intentions, that is the question.

Happy Monday morning everyone,

I am often asked this question whether it be nobler to write Intentions by hand or type into a file. I have always said to do what feels right for you. I know this is the wrong answer. Science suggests clearly what to do.

Hi Trevor . Thanks for that . I read this article to via Intelligent Optimist and prefer to use pen paper too! As I attended webinar in August just wondering is that the link you have set up to purchase or was there another recent session ? Many thanks D 🙂

    Hi Trevor,
Thanks for this week’s podcast. As always, I enjoy listening to you and will absolutely check out the new link and format you have created.
I think about you and the POS course every day. (I was in the August 2014 class) It was so interesting and I really think a weekend of you teaching would be a lot of fun and an even deeper way to get what you are after. OR, perhaps, a longer series, where maybe a small group works with you and each other over 6 months.
I realize there’s only so much “Trevor” to go around, so for now, I’ll take what i can get.
    All the best to you,

Thank you for this. The timing was perfect for me!
