  2. Janine says:

wow. does this mean it is important to go back through our past and forgive and/or re-live the experience in order to change it to a positive? thank you! cheers. janine

    • Trevor says:

No, Janine. It means more to let go of the past. It will change itself when you focus on the moment.

  3. Jill says:

Okay, this is a tough one for me. I do everything by a clock:). I didn’t realize how bad I am until this assignment. I had a little panic attack just thinking about it. I time and/or schedule everything. I give myself, so much time for excerise, cleaning, working my business, taking a hike, quiet time, … No watch, no checking time before & after… OH NO! Of course that means this is a really important issue for me and I better take it seriously. Here we go out in the timeless world, lets see I’ll do it for an hour..OH NO!

I will report at a unset time:)

  4. Margie says:

Yes, I get this idea or truism!! I have actually been able to stop time @ times I was running late!! It is pretty cool! Time is timeless & easily manipulated when you are in control of it. Of course, there are times, when I am not in control but only because I chose not to be. Then I realize I stressed out & just went out of present time (or was not in the moment) when I let time take over!!! Funny thing!! Just saying!!!
