Greetings everyone,

index

A reader asked me if I would list some key points or reminders from Three Simple Steps that could act as a daily memory aid. Here is my response and I hope you find it useful:

  1. IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO START OVER
  2. RARE IS THE PERSON WHO GETS RICH WORKING FOR SOMEONE ELSE
  3. POSITIVE THINKING IS AN ILLUSON. POSITIVE REACTION IS WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE
  4. SMALL CHANGES IN REACTION RESULT IN HUGE CHANGES IN OUTCOME
  5. BE FOR SOMETHING RATHER THAN AGAINST WHAT YOU DON’T WANT
  6. GO COLD TURKEY ON TV NEWS, COMMERCIALS, ETC
  7. SEVER NEURAL CONNECTIONS TO COMPLAINERS
  8. THINK ABOUT THE WORDS YOU ARE USING
  9. LET YOUR MIND FLY FOR 20 MINUTES EVERY MORNING
  10. PLUG INTO NATURE AT LEAST ONCE A DAY
  11. WRITE OUT YOUR INTENTIONS EVERY DAY.
  12. KEEP INTENTIONS PRIVATE
  13. LET LIFE FILL IN THE DETAILS
  14. STAY ON THE STAIRCASE NO MATTER WHAT
  15. TRUST YOUR INTUITION
  16. EVERYTHING IS ENERGY AND ENERGY MUST FLOW OR STAGNATE
  17. THE WINNER’S PATH IS OFTEN LONELY. SHARE SUCCESSES AND TIPS WITH OTHERS AT http://trevorgblake.neoviaoncology.com
  18. NEVER STOP DREAMING
  19. THERE ARE NO LIMITS
  20. IMAGINATION IS THE KEY

    Ta Trev:)

  10. Sara says:

Love it – am printing it out now. Would you elaborate a little more on #16 – about energy flowing or stagnating and the practical application of this. Thanks!

    • Trevor says:

      Sara, good question.
All energy must flow or it ceases to be anything but potential energy. Potential energy is really nothing at all. Think of money. It is also a form of energy. People who hoard it under a mattress don’t usually live fulfilled lives. People who keep it flowing through creating more and also sharing more tend to live fuller lives. Same with thoughts. People who complement their enemies on how healthy and well they look today tend to end up with fewer enemies and those who are complimented tend to then be nicer to others. People who refuse to acknowledge their perceived enemies tend to be surrounded by a lot of people who are difficult to be with.

One of the steps that I don’t seem mentioned is implementing a mentality shield. This step has been remarkable for me. It’s a step that has been missing from my personal practice of closing the gap between being human and being a spiritual being for many years. For anyone who’s sensitive to life, I highly recommend the practice of this brilliant step. The results in my personal day to day living is thrilling! Thank you!

    With appreciation!

  12. Darlene says:

    I love this Trevor! Thanks!!

  13. Stephanie says:

Wow! Thank you Trevor, sound bites help me stay focused. I had begun a list of key points from 3SS that are particularly meaningful to me including without being repetitive, well maybe a little:
Discouragement and knowing can not coexist.
Step one: you must know how you want your life to turn out.
The journey is often a lonely one, but the best gift you can give anyone else is to be all you were meant to be.
Cultivate an unshakeable belief in yourself.
Live in the moment and the future will take care of itself.
Nature is a matrix into which we plug our neural networks that give us the opportunity to connect with a larger store of knowledge.

    With grateful appreciation!

  14. Gina Citoli says:

    Thanks as always! Gina

  15. Karl says:

Great reminder list Trevor, on # 11 I recall you normally look forward to take a day at your special place with bottle of wine to write out your intentions , I did not realize you re-write them very day , something I was not doing !
    Thanks

  16. LiveFulfilled says:

Thanks for post, I just had to ask: can I ever have too many intentions? It takes me about 40 minutes and twenty notecards later to write them out…just wondering as it related to #11

    • Trevor says:

The way to organize them is into mini movies. Aggregate them so that you can wrap personal, financial and material into one statement. For instance, “I sold **** for $***** after it achieved ***** and celebrated by purchasing a +++++ and…” so on and so on. Rather than have a list of 40 intentions I have 12 statements that tell little stories about what was achieved.

      Hope that he;ps

      Cheers
